Eligible regional postcode plus Centrelink Age Pension, Carer Payment or DSP, or DVA Service Pension, Social Security Age Pension or Income Support Supplement. Excluded Peel postcodes: 6180, 6210, 6121, 6122, 6123. A car or driver licence is not required. Applications accepted with an annual processing cutoff; eligible existing holders renew automatically.
