Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund
In 2026, eligible primary and secondary students receive $400 through their school for camps, sports and excursions.
Check whether this applies to you
Attend a registered Victorian school and meet the means-tested concession-card rules on the specified term dates, or an accepted special-consideration category such as out-of-home care or eligible humanitarian/refugee circumstances. Ordinary 2026 applications are closed. Schools can still seek specified special consideration for eligible new enrolments in Terms 3/4 before the end of Term 4. Funds go to the school, not as cash to parents; preschool, TAFE and home schooling are excluded.
What to prepare
- CSEF application form and a copy of the applicable means-tested concession card.
- For special consideration, school-requested visa/VEVO, care-order or support-agency evidence.
