Generally for full-time students aged 5–18 outside urban bus areas, over 5 km from the nearest appropriate school or its bus stop. Medical or disability exceptions apply. This is not a general fuel rebate.

Travel route, distance and bank details
Medical or faith-based schooling evidence, if applicable
