School private-transport conveyance allowance
Assists eligible private school-transport arrangements to school or a public-transport pickup point, subject to distance and available-service rules.
Check whether this applies to you
Generally a Queensland-resident parent/guardian or independent student, an approved school/program and a student aged 18 or younger. State-school distance tests include more than 3.2 km to the nearest primary school or 4.8 km to the nearest secondary school; non-state school rules require additional assessment. Not a universal fuel rebate. A dedicated school-bus service can prevent eligibility; private conveyance is not available from a second shared-care address. Overseas/interstate/exchange, TAFE, tertiary, distance-education and kindergarten students are excluded by the general guidance.

- Bank account details requested for conveyance allowance, entered only in the official form.
- Additional evidence for independent-student or drought-assistance claims, where relevant.
