You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, live in the NT for at least 183 days of the financial year, and receive a specified payment or veterans' benefit. Apply for membership first.
What to prepare
- Identity and residence documents totalling 100 points
- At least one form of photo identification
- Evidence of a qualifying payment or benefit
- Membership application form
